Draped and cuirassed bust facing, wearing crown with pendilia, holding globus cruciger / Angel standing facing, holding long staff surmounted by staurogram and globus cruciger; B//CONOB. DOC 1a; MIBE 5; SB 616. Some luster, both sides rotated double strike. EF. A captivating bold rotated double strike on a full flan creating a most interesting effect on the obverse with a sharp visage of Phocas complete with a double legend corona around.
