Manuel I Comnenus. Emperor of Trebizond, 1238-1263. AR Trachy (24mm, 2.06 g, 6h). Manuel standing facing, wearing crown and loros, holding labarum and akakia / The Theotokos enthroned facing. Retowski 6 (same rev. die); SB 2600. Toned with some iridescence, obverse die wear, surface crack and a few light scratches. Good VF. Very rare. A seldom offered issue.
