(Amsterdam; Sumptibus Authoris, 1692). 4to., pp. engraved allegorical frontispiece (8), 4 engraved plates depicting Wilde’s ‘wunderkammer”, 212, index and errata (20); 25 engraved plates, folding map, engraved vignettes, initials and tail pieces in the text. Contemporary vellum boards, red title label to spine, lettered in gilt. Two ex-libris on the front pastedown, along with neat manuscript ownership inscription of Joseph Varesi, a canon of St. Peters in the Vatican, dated 1756 and further inscription to the titlepage of ‘G. De Wilde’, dated 1839. A few minor nicks and marks, vellum lightly rubbed, pages toned but clean throughout, lacking first free endpaper else a very fine copy. Dekesel W62. Hirsch p. 141.
