Struck circa 300-281 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, monogram in circle. SC 117.4b var. (monogram not in circle, M below throne); HGC 9, 12i; U. Wartenberg & J.H. Kagan, “Some comments on a new hoard from the Balkan area,” Travaux Le Rider, p. 399, 85 (same dies). Underlying luster, struck with worn obverse die. Good VF.
