ITALY, Papal (Papal state). Urban IV. 1261-1264. PB Bulla – Seal (40mm, 42.13 g, 12h). Bare heads of Sts. Paul and Peter, facing slightly right and left, respectively, each within beaded halo; cruciform scepter between: S PA S PE above / VR/BANVS/ PP IIII. Serafini 1-3. Pale gray-brown patina, scrapes, scratches. VF. Lot also includes a postcard from the 1903 I Summi Pontefici Cartoline Postale Illustrate series.

Reportedly found in Welton, East Yorkshire.
