ITALY, Papal (Papal state). Benedict XII. 1335-1342. PB Bulla – Seal (37mm, 40.66 g, 12h). Bare heads of Sts. Paul and Peter, facing slightly right and left, respectively, each within beaded halo; cruciform scepter between: S PA S PE above / BЄnЄ/DICTUS/ PP XII. Serafini 13-15. Brown patina over gray surfaces, a few deposits, scratches and scrapes, some roughness. Good Fine. Rare. Lot also includes a postcard from the 1903 I Summi Pontefici Cartoline Postale Illustrate series.
