Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Demeter standing facing, head left, holding short torch with her left arm, touching serpent entwined around tall torch to left; ∆ (mark of value) between. AMNG II 555; Varbanov 464 var. (obv. bust type). Attractive dark green patina with a bit of bare metal on the high points, some light smoothing. Good VF. |
