LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 470-440 BC. AR Nomos (20.5mm, 7.74 g, 6h). Ear of barley with six grains; META upward to right / Incuse ear of barley with six grains. Noe Class XI, 237 (same dies); HN Italy 1485; SNG Tübingen 446 (same dies); de Luynes 457 (same dies). Lightly toned, faint scratches, light cleaning marks on reverse. Good Fine.
