Struck circa 320/19-314/3 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, wearing elephant’s skin headdress / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; thunderbolt in left field, PY below throne. CPE 35a; Svoronos 20; Zervos Issue 14, dies 260/b (this coin referenced); SNG Copenhagen –; Boston MFA 2248 = Warren 1313 (same obv. die). Lightly toned, polished, some marks on edge. Near VF. Rare early issue struck in high relief.
