A K M OΠЄ[ΛΛ CЄYH MAKPINOC CЄB], laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Macrinus standing in slow quadriga left, holding scepter; [L B] (date) in exergue. Unpublished. Rough brown patina, irregular flan. Good Fine. Extremely rare, presently unique.
