LYCIA, Phaselis. Circa 530-500 BC. AR Stater (18mm, 10.95 g). Prow of galley left, terminating in a boar's forepart / Incuse square divided by two bands, with Λ-shaped feature in one section. Heipp-Tamer Series 3, Em. 1b, 31–3 var. (V–/R28 [unlisted obv. die]); SNG Copenhagen –; Asyut 737–40 (same rev. die). Typical compact flan, small test cut on obverse, die break on reverse. Good VF. Well struck.
