Laureate and draped bust right / RESTITVTORI BITHYNIAE, S C in exergue, Hadrian standing left, holding volumen and raising up kneeling Bithynia, holding rudder over shoulder. RIC II.3 1840; Banti 651. Green patina, numerous cleaning/smoothing scratches on obverse, tooling, minor roughness. Good Fine. Rare.
