IMP C M OP SEV MACPINVS PI, radiate head right / Macrinus on horseback right, raising right hand in salute, chlamys flowing behind. Draganov, Deultum 78 var. (O2 var. (obv. legend)/R16); Jurukova, Deultum 53 var. (same); cf. Varbanov 2091-2. Brown patina, light roughness. VF. Very rare, unpublished variety. This obverse legend unrecorded in Draganov.
