L · SEPTIMIVS SEVERVS PERTINAX AVG IMP VII, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from front / DIVI M PII F PM TR P IIII COS II P P, Mars standing right, holding spear and resting shield on ground; cuirass to left. Johnson & Martini 1810-23. Gilding worn revealing bronze underneath, smoothing under gilding. Good VF.
