Otacilia Severa. Augusta, AD 244-249. AR Antoninianus (23mm, 4.32 g, 12h). Antioch(?) mint. Struck circa AD 246-248. Diademed and draped bust right, set on crescent / Juno, veiled, standing left, holding patera and scepter. RIC IV 127 (Philip I) and note; RSC 20. Light iridescent toning, reverse struck with worn die. Good VF.
