Diademed and draped bust left; lis-tipped scepter to left / + ÆLFWIG ON LVND, quadrilateral, with pellet in center and trefoils at angles, over voided short cross. Freeman 113; SCBI 36 (Berlin), 846 var. (rev. legend; same obv. die); North 817; SCBC 1174. Golden toning, slightly weak strike. Good VF.
