NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR, laureate head left / ANNEXION DE LA SAVOIE ET DU C DE NICE A LA FRANCE, personification of France standing facing, holding eagle-tipped scepter and palm frond, wrapping arms around personifications of Savoy and Nice, each presenting crown and scepter; in exergue, 12 JUIN 1860. Edge: bee and CUIVRE. Collignon 1826. Brown surfaces, rim knocks, stains on reverse. EF.
