M COMMODVS ANT P FELIX AVG BRIT, laureate head right / SALVS AVG, S C across field, Salus standing left, holding patera and scepter. Cf. RIC III 642; MIR 18 –; Banti –. Dark green-brown patina, earthen deposits, edge marks. VF. A rare, apparently unrecorded variety with this obverse legend.
