Lucilla. Augusta, AD 164-182. Æ Sestertius (31mm, 23.91 g, 5h). Rome mint. Struck under Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus, AD 161-162. LVCILLΛE ΛVG ΛNTONINI ΛVG F, draped bust right / PI E TΛS, S C across field, Pietas, veiled and draped, standing left, holding accerum in left hand and sacrificing with extended right hand over lighted and garlanded altar to left. RIC III 1756 (Aurelius); MIR 18, 11-6a; Banti 33; BMCRE 1161 (Aurelius and Verus). Green patina. Near EF. A delicate portrait in fine style.
