Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Septimius vis-à-vis draped bust of Domna; c/ms: helmeted head of Roma within circular incuse, and ΘEOY within rectangular incuse / [?] NTOC ACNA APX CTPATONIKЄΩ/N, Zeus Panamaros, draped, on horseback right, holding scepter; at feet right, lighted altar. Unpublished, but a similar one in the ANS. For c/ms: Howgego 188; 536. Brown patina, some roughness, lightly double struck on both sides. Near VF. Extremely rare.
