Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (19.5mm, 2.47 g, 6h). Londinium (London) mint. Struck late AD 314-early 315. Laureate and trabeate bust left / Sol standing left in facing spread quadriga, raising hand and holding whip; S|P//MSL. RIC VII 81 and 84 corr. (bust type); RML 723; C&T 8.07.030. Dark green patina, roughness, some cleaning scratches. Near VF. Very rare. C&T notes that RIC VII 81 and 84 refer to the same coin in the BM erroneously recorded twice.
