LYDIA, Sardis. Nero. AD 54-68. Æ (18.5mm, 5.79 g, 12h). Mindios, strategos for the second time. Struck circa AD 60. ИЄPωИ KAIⳞAP, bare head right / Dionysos standing left, holding kantharos and thyrsos; panther at feet to left. Hochard 1893 (D132/R182); Kurth 365; RPC I 2997b. Dark green patina with earthen deposits, minor pitting. VF.

Interestingly, each of the four specimens in RPC, and the one in Hochard, all share the same obverse die with retrograde Ns and are engraved counter-clockwise. Rare.
