Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; countermarks: Δo monogram within triangular incuse and incuse KA monogram / Nike standing facing, head left, on globe, holding wreath and palm frond. SNG BN 1028 var. (arrangement of rev. legend; same obv. die); SNG Levante 768 var. (same; same obv. die); for countermarks: Howgego 618 & 670. Dark green and brown patina with some light earthen highlights/deposits. Near VF. |
