M AVPH KOMMO [ANTωNINOC CЄ] (or similar), laureate head right / Draped bust of Serapis facing, wearing ornate kalathos; L K Γ (date) across field. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) Cf. 3932-3 & 9649; K&G –; cf. RPC IV.4 3424-5; Emmett 2616.23 (R5). Porous green-brown patina, edge splits. Near VF. Extremely rare. This obverse legend variety is presently unrecorded in RPC for the type.
