Struck under Marcus Aurelius and Commodus, AD 180-182. KPICΠЄINA CЄBACTH, draped bust right / HΓE ⳞOYEΛ MAPKIANOV ΦIΛIΠOΠΠOΛEITΩN, eagle standing facing, head left, with wings displayed, grasping wreath in talons. Unpublished in standard references. Brown patina, pitting and roughness. Good Fine. Extremely rare, this reverse type is previously unknown at Philipoppolis.

Varbanov only records one other pentassarion for Crispina, with a Triptolemos reverse, known from only one specimen. This magistrate also struck coins in Hadrianopolis under Commodus.
