Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla right, vis-à-vis bareheaded and draped bust of Geta left / She-wolf standing right, head left, suckling the twins Romulus and Remus. The youthful and bareheaded busts, lack of titulature, and imperial reverse theme suggest this coin was struck very shortly after the elevations of Caracalla and Geta to Augustus and Caesar respectively in January, 198 AD.
