Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Club and quiver over bow; monogram in wreath to left, monogram to right. Price 3727 var. (monogram; same obv. die as illustration); Triton XVI, lot 300 (same obv. die [hammer $6100]); CNG E-525, lot 152 (same obv. die [hammer $1600]). Toned, some porosity and roughness. Near VF. Extremely rare; this is the third known with this variety of the monogram, and the fifth known for this issue (the other two are in the ANS [inv. 1944.100.80995] and BM [inv. 1986,0553.1])..
