Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (17.5mm, 3.23 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / Ceres standing left, holding long torch and raising fold of skirt. RIC III 362; RSC 104. Lightly toned, underlying luster. Superb EF.
