Laureate and cuirassed bust right, wearing aegis, seen from the front; gorgoneion on breastplate; holding scepter over left shoulder / Caracalla standing facing, head left, wearing military attire, sacrificing from patera over lighted altar and scepter; between two vexilla. RPC V.2 Online 710 (this coin cited); SNG BN 776-7. Yellow-brown surfaces, some roughness, trace deposits. Good Fine. Very rare, four recorded in RPC.
