Hahn reattributed the issues reading XЄP CωNOC as belonging to the first series of the coinage at Cherson under Justin II and Sophia with those with legends for Maurice coming later under his reign. Formerly, both series were attributed to Maurice Tiberius, with Constantina and Theodosius.
