Crowned facing bust, holding scepter; annulet on right shoulder / + OSMIER ON BIIÐIII, cross pattée; letters of P A X S in annulets within quarters. Grinsell 2; SCBI 26 (East Anglia), 1371 (same dies); BMC 504 (same dies); North 850; SCBC 1257. Old cabinet toning. In NGC encapsulation 6676615-007, graded MS 61. Very rare mint and moneyer.
