Over the past decade a quantity of this issue has appeared in the market, with attributions varying from Ephesos in Ionia, Bargyla in Caria, and Amytas of Galatia. The types found on this issue are rather common in Asia Minor in the 3rd and 2nd centuries BC, but typically, they are on issues inscribed with an ethnic. A possible mint may be Kalynda in Lycia, which issued bronze coins with similar types (BMC 3), and as well as silver fractions simply marked with a K (BMC 1–2).
Closing Date and Time: 21 October 2026 at 11:32:00 ET.
