Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Britannia seated left on rock outcropping, shield at side, holding olive branch in extended right hand, cradling trident in left arm; SOHO below shield; to left, ship with five gun ports in relief sailing right on horizon. Peck 1248; SCBC 3778. Deep blue toning over some spotty underlying red, a few light marks and hairlines. EF.
