CILICIA, Tarsos. Circa 420-410 BC. AR Stater (20mm, 10.11 g, 2h). Horseman riding left, holding flower / Archer kneeling right, drawing bow; tree to left, monogram to lower right; all in dotted square within incuse square. Cf. Casabonne Type D (unlisted variety); SNG BN –; SNG Levante –; SNG von Aulock –; NAC 2, lot 218 (same dies). Struck with worn dies, a couple flan flaws on obverse. VF. Very rare.
