Aelius. Caesar, AD 136-138. Æ Sestertius (30mm, 24.76 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Hadrian, AD 137. Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Spes advancing left, holding flower and lifting hem of dress. RIC II.3 2698 (Hadrian); Banti 37. Dark green patina with light earthen highlights/deposits, cleaning marks, light smoothing. Good VF.
