Peroz, wearing lion-headed crown, standing left, sacrificing at altar and holding trident; to left, trident standard above altar without ribbons; pellet to left of altar, pellet and swastika between legs, pe (in Brahmi) to right of legs, nandipada to right / Siva standing facing, holding diadem and trident; behind, the bull Nandi standing left.
