PLANTAGENET. Richard II. 1377-1399. AR Groat (26mm, 4.52 g, 1h). Type III. Tower (London) mint. Crowned facing bust, with trefoil on breast; all within tressure of arches with trefoils at cusps / Long cross pattée; trefoils in quarters. North 1321; SCBC 1680. Toned, flan flaw on obverse, reverse double struck with numerous cleaning marks that remove most of the trefoils. Good Fine.
