NAPOLEON EMPEREUR, laureate head right / PUPILLES DE LA MARINE, crowned figure of France seated left, resting arm on anchor and covering with her cloak four children; on plinth to right, 15/ NOV/ 1862; in exergue, LE C^TE CHASSEKOUP LAUBAT/ MINISTRE DE LA MARINE ET/ DES COLONIES. Divo 468. Brown surfaces with some green deposits, rim nicks, marks. Good VF.
