Diademed head of Ptolemy I right, aegis around neck / Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; Lς (date) to left, Π to right. Svoronos –; Olivier 1957 (obv. die D326); SNG Copenhagen –; DCA 40 (same obv. die as illustration). Light iridescent tone, some roughness. Good VF. Extremely rare, only one example noted by Olivier (in Bucharest), one additional in CoinArchives, and the DCA plate coin is from the author’s collection.
