Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Sestertius (32mm, 23.07 g). Rome mint. Laureate head right / VICT BRIT TR P XIII COS III, S C across fields, trophy between Victory and Britannia with captives. RIC IV 483c; S. 6954. Brown surfaces. Flan crack, some roughness and scratches. Fine. Refers to success in military campaigns in northern Britain.
