Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip vis-à-vis draped bust of Otacilia Severa, wearing stephane / Zeus seated left, holding patera and scepter; at his feet, eagle standing left, head right. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.41.1.1; Varbanov 2087. Dark green to black patina with traces of red, some roughness and light smoothing. VF. Rare, none in CoinArchives.
