Bare head of Diadumenian right vis-à-vis laureate head of Macrinus left / Hera standing facing, head left, holding patera and long scepter; Є (mark of value) to right. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.24.3.5; AMNG 721 var.; Varbanov 1185 var. (with altar on reverse). Green and brown patina, some roughness. VF. Very rare variety.
