Michael VII Ducas. 1071-1078. AV Histamenon Nomisma (31mm, 4.41 g, 6h). Class II. Constantinople mint. Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator; IC XC across field / Crowned facing bust of Michael, holding labarum and globus cruciger; pellet on shaft. DOC 2d; SB 1868. Once polished, but now retoned, double strike and flan flaw on obverse, flan crack. Good VF.
