LYDIA, Sardis. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ (34mm, 21.64 g, 6h). Homonoia with Ephesus. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Cult figures of Sardian Kore and Artemis Ephesia facing; grain ear to far left, poppy between them. Franke & Nollé Type III, 1848-51; SNG Righetti 1092; BMC 215-6. Reddish-brown patina with tan highlights, some roughness and a few scratches. Near VF.
