Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Warrior standing right on prow, head left, raising arm and holding shield. RPC IX 673; SNG Copenhagen 1782; SNG von Aulock 2326. Dark brown surfaces, pitting. Near VF.

Imhoof-Bloomer suggested that this reverse may show King Ancaeus, an Argonaut who was a hero of the Samians, boarding the ship, the Argo.
