Three conjoined coats-of-arms with wild man supporters; all crowned and mantled over crossed crozier and sword / Minerva standing facing, holding spear and shield; above, radiant sun and cherub flying left; at feet, two cherubs, one holding scales and plumb-bob, the other cornucopia and olive branch; bee hive to right.
