Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond; PCON. RIC X 1911; Ulrich-Bansa –; LRBC 575. Green patina, earthen deposits. VF. Extremely rare. A clear legend and mint mark.
