Bare head of Philip II right, vis-à-vis draped bust of Serapis left, wearing kalathos / Asclepius standing facing, head left, leaning on serpent-entwined staff to left. Karayotov II 343-9 (O39/R94); RPC VIII 48387; Varbanov 4277. Brown patina, a few cleaning scratches, flan crack. VF.
