Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip II right, seen from behind, vis-à-vis draped bust of Serapis left, wearing kalathos / Hygieia standing right, feeding serpent from patera held in her arms. Karayotov II 479-86 (O37/R117); RPC VIII 48385; Varbanov 4291. Dark brown patina, reverse die flaw. VF.
