Nude youth, holding rein in left hand and, with right, crowning horse he rides right; ΣA to left, APE/ΘΩN in two lines below / Phalanthos, nude, holding tripod in extended right hand, supporting himself with his left, riding dolphin left; TAPAΣ to right, CAΣ below. Vlasto 666–7; HN Italy 957; SNG ANS 1046–50; Dewing 168; Gulbenkian 39. Lightly toned, underlying luster, a little die wear on obverse, light graffito in field on reverse. Near EF. Well centered.
